WE LOVE PAPER!
We use papers from the finest manufacturers in Europe and Japan. Namely, Canson-Infinity from France, Hahnemühle from Germany, and Awagami from Japan. All three of these have paper manufacturers have histories that date back centuries and make the best available papers for fine art printing. This is top-of-the-line fine art paper!
This range of papers gives our artists excellent choices in surface texture, weight, whiteness, and archival attributes. We have produced an enormous paper library in house that our visitors can see and touch first hand, with real art printed on nearly 100 papers!
We have our favorites that we keep in stock in the studio, and we can special order any paper made by these three manufacturers.
Canson®, founded in 1557, launched its Canson Infinity inkjet line drawing on centuries‑old expertise. Today partnered with Arches® and Somerset®, it offers archival 100% cotton digital fine art papers like BFK Rives, Aquarelle Rag, Rag Photographique, and Somerset Enhanced—all museum‑grade and OBA‑free.
Hahnemühle, founded in 1584, began with handmade writing and artist papers. In the 1990s they pioneered FineArt inkjet media. Today they offer the luxury Digital FineArt Collection, versatile Photo range, and eco‑friendly Natural Line papers—all archival, vegan, and museum-grade.
